The original company, Valley Timber, was established in 1980 by Victor Pascarella and offered wood preserving services as well as sales of pressure treated posts and fence boards. At its peak, the company employed 19 in a 2,500 square foot facility. The company also operated two treatment shifts.
After the passing of Victor in 2013 the company passed down to his daughter Michelle and her son.
On December 28, 2020, the company was purchased and is now under new ownership as Dominion Wood Preservers.
The new company will resume the same services and will increase the availability of products over time.
