Policies
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to production or scheduling. Orders cancelled after production has begun or a delivery has been scheduled are subject to a flat $100 restocking fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification that your order is ready. Orders not picked up within 14 days are subject to a $100 restocking fee. Please contact us before your pickup window expires if you need to make alternate arrangements.
We accept returns of unused product in original, unaltered condition within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be free of paint, hardware, cuts, or any field modification. We do not accept returns based on natural wood characteristics — knots, grain variation, color differences, and surface texture are inherent properties of pressure-treated lumber and are not considered defects. Refunds are processed after physical inspection of returned product. Original delivery or freight costs are non-refundable.
Special orders — including any product ordered to non-standard dimensions, custom-cut to specification, or sourced specifically for a customer's project — require payment in full at the time of order. Special orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as these products cannot be restocked for general sale. We will confirm your specifications in writing before production starts.
