Terms of Service

Dominion Wood Preservers, LLC ("DWP," "we," "us," or "our") operates dominionwoodpreservers.com (the "Site"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Pricing
We are a manufacturer-direct supplier of pressure-treated Southern Yellow Pine lumber and related products. Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice due to material cost fluctuations. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed; we recommend contacting us to confirm inventory before placing large or time-sensitive orders.

2. Orders & Payment
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Wholesale and account customers may be subject to separate terms established directly with DWP.

3. Pickup
All online orders are fulfilled by pickup at our Gordonsville, VA facility (10584 James Madison Hwy, Gordonsville, VA 22942) unless other arrangements are made in advance. You will be notified when your order is ready. See our Return Policy for pickup windows and applicable fees.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Special Orders
Order cancellations, returns, and special-order terms are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Product Characteristics
Pressure-treated lumber is a natural wood product. Variations in grain, color, knots, and surface texture are normal and are not defects. Product should be handled, stored, and installed according to our published care and installation guidance.

6. Sales Tax
Applicable Virginia sales tax will be added at checkout for taxable purchases. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate prior to or at the time of pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DWP's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product. DWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or handling of our products.

8. Site Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
